Hpssjobs.com was launched in 2004. Since then the number of HSC organisations using it and applicants accessing it has grown substantially – and it is now the largest e-recruitment site in the NI public sector.
To keep pace with the HSC corporate identity changes and with e-recruitment services generally, www.hpssjobs.com is being rebranded and will be known as www.HSCRecruit.com.
The new site came into effect on 18th June 2009 at 4.30pm, but to make the transition easier, you are still able to access the new site using the old www.hpssjobs.com address, you are also still able to login to your profile on www.hpssJobs.com to view your old applications and your master form. We urge you to print a copy of these for your own records.
As well as have a new image, www.HSCRecruit.com will provide applicants and employers with improved usability and functionality.
Applicants, for example, are able to:
- work on and save multiple application forms
- align and present text much easier
- conduct faster and advanced job searches
- use automatic form type selection.
In order to keep your information as secure and confidential as possible www.HSCRecruit.com will require that you enter both a username and password to access the site, for this reason it has not been possible to retain the login details for users of www.hpssjobs.com.
Therefore all users must register with www.HSCRecruit.com to apply for jobs.
Can I still access my Master form?
Yes, you can still access your master form information in the same way as before, you should login to your My Profile section and view your information there. We urge all users to print a copy of this information for future reference.
I have already applied for a job on www.HPSSJobs.com do I need to re-apply on www.HSCRecruit.com?
No, any applications made on www.HPSSJobs.com will be collected by the HR departments and batched together with those made on www.HSCRecruit.com. Users can check their previous applications in their My Profile section.
What login details should I use for www.HSCRecruit.com?
All members of www.hpssjobs.com must register with www.HSCRecruit.com in order to apply for jobs. You should retain your login information for hpssjobs.com in order to login to your my profile section.
I have registered with www.HSCRecruit.com but I don't see a Master Form?
www.HSCRecruit.com has been devloped so users can work on multiple applications at once. When you have applied for one job at the new site you can use the same information to populate another application form.
Who do I contact for further information about jobs on the site ?
All enquiries about the jobs displayed on the site and the application process should be made to the HR department of the organisation advertising the job.
